Abstract: We continue the talk on the regularity theory for the Navier-Stokes equations. The motivation will be of our concern in the first place. Then we are going to discuss the local regularity results, including the celebrated Caffarelli-Kohn-Nirenberg theory. Our next topic will be the analysis of regularity questions with the help of the Liouville-type theorems for ancient solutions. Finally, we are going to discuss some methods for proving Liouville-type theorems.
